Distinguished guests, fellow artists, and friends,

Good afternoon and welcome to the opening of the “Homage to Mother Nature” Malaysia Women Artists Exhibition, proudly organized by the Malaysia Women Artists Association (MWAA) in celebration of Malaysia Women’s Day (25 Aug, 2025) and The 68th Malaysia National Day (31 Aug, 2025).

We are deeply honoured to present this meaningful exhibition INWAC Malaysia Art Exhibition 2025 in conjunction with the 15th HPIC International Women Artists Exhibition, bringing together women artists from across Malaysia. The theme “Homage to Mother Nature” is a tribute to the beauty, strength, and wisdom of the natural world — interpreted through the eyes, hearts, and hands of women. It also reflects our hope for harmony between humanity and the Earth, a hope deeply rooted in the feminine spirit of care, intuition, and resilience.
 

We are especially grateful to our Guests of Honour,

Mr. Lee Khai, DJN, Chairman of Penang State Art Gallery and Advisor of Penang Art District,
YBhg. Adjunct Professor Dr. Kris See KS, medical director, chief clinical and innovative

scientist with Osel Group
and Dr Zakaria Ali, Art advisor of Malaysia Women Artists Association
for joining us today and for their continued support of the arts.

On behalf of Malaysia Women Artists Association, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Island 88 for their generous support in providing us with this wonderful space and platform. Their commitment has made it possible for our artists to showcase their work to a wider audience, and to create meaningful cultural exchange within our community.

24 - 31 Aug, 2025, 11am - 6pm daily. We warmly welcome you to visit and experience the beauty of art inspired by nature and the feminine spirit. 

 

Please support our women artists by sharing this event, bringing your friends, or even collecting their artworks. Every word of encouragement and every piece collected helps us continue to uplift women’s creative voices through the Malaysia Women Artists Association (MWAA).

欢迎出席由马来西亚女艺术家协会（MWAA）隆重主办的《彩染天地 向大自然致敬 Homage to Mother Nature》马来西亚女艺术家联展开幕典礼。本展旨在庆祝马来西亚妇女节（2025年8月25日）及第68届马来西亚国庆日（2025年8月31日），在此特别的时刻，我们以艺术致敬自然与女性的力量。

​

我们非常荣幸地呈献这项具有深远意义的展览，作为2025年INWAC马来西亚艺术展，并配合第十五届“彩染天地”国际女艺术家联展（HPIC）举行，汇聚了来自马来西亚各地的杰出女性艺术家。

 

“彩染天地”向大自然致敬 这一主题，是对自然界之美、力量与智慧的赞颂——透过女性的眼睛、心灵与双手重新诠释。它也象征着我们对人与自然之间和谐关系的期许，这份期许深植于女性所拥有的关怀、直觉与坚韧精神之中。
